I can’t remember specifically which manual, Dynon or EI which stated a starting point, but I do remember a note that mentioned the starting point suggested was with 1-2% maybe? In my experience orientations can have a pretty big influence. Really the only real way is to do the flow test.

Learning wasn’t accomplished because learning wasn’t possible. Just because you don’t understand the answer doesn’t mean the answer changes. This is airplanes not kindergarten and we aren’t giving away participation trophies. Fuel exhaustion is a significant problem in GA.
