    Fuel pressure cofiguration required?

In setup (hold keys 7&8) check for the EMS definitions of the channels, there should be a fuel pressure definition with the correct sensor type defined for the input pin of the EMS. In the debug screen you should be able to see the value that the sensor channel is measuring and the conversion...

    Pheat displayed on screen

In this case remove the item from the 50% screen definition, and then presumably after that remove it from the list of configured sensors EMS setup

    strange voltage in circuits

I also had an issue with ghost voltages in my Dynon system with a EarthX battery and Dynon monitoring the the status line from the battery. I solved it (or at least think I solved it) by adding a diode in the battery status line with the cathode pointing to the battery. Since the battery status...

    Erratic Airspeed - Dynon HDX

Isn't it possible to keep button 1 pressed and force a power down that way?

    External LEVEL button

The level and go-around buttons are to be connected to the other 37-pin D-connector in the dynon system, not the one on the EMS unit but the one on the Dynon display. Level button to pin 28 (orange with black stripe) and go-around button to pin 27 (orange with red stripe)

    SV-BAT-320 charging and ACM-ECB

Look on page 9-5 of the System Installation Guide version AH: Detailed battery status check. You get to the battery backup status: Enter the Display Hardware Information Page, you get to the setup menu by pressing both the Button 7 and 8 for 2-3 seconds. Then (SETUP MENU > LOCAL DISPLAY SETUP >...

Backup Battery, not for Skyview, for EMS, Transponder, IFR, etc...

I am confused, I can't find any power connection on either the 37 or 25 pin connector on the EMS. Where are you connecting power to the EMS, which pin/connector. I am pretty sure that the EMS gets it's power via the Dynon network connections, my EMS works and does not have any additional power...

Backup Battery, not for Skyview, for EMS, Transponder, IFR, etc...

True for teh Dynon EMS, but the transponder and IFR navigator have their own supply from the main airplane bus, so these are not receiving power from the Dynon backup battery.

    Back up battery charge

You can do this by connecting the charger to the ships battery and then running the Dynon. In most cases, under normal conditions when an external charger is connected the supply voltage for the Dynon is high enough, to allow the Dynon to control the charge to the backup battery. There is no...

Question on the Serial Port signal of the SkyView Classic SV-D1000

Did this wok before or is this a new setup. If it worked before and you have not worked on any wiring then you should check the wiring, the status screen clearly shows that no communication is happening. If this is a new setup, then you should focus on the wiring of the units, are the correct...

    ARINC-429 menu de-acivated

Not clear what you mean by ARINC(ADS-B). But clearly there is currently no SV-ARINC-419 configured in the network. So after having determined that this is the case the next step would be to try to see if the system can find the SV-ARINC-419 by doing a network configure: SETUP>NETWORK SETUP>CONFIGURE

    SV-BAT-320 charging and ACM-ECB

I don't think so, the display is actively controlling the charging, so even if the wires rtun through the ACM, it still means that the battery is directly connected to the Dynon display through the 37 pin connector, even if the cable runs through the ACS box. This is the reason why the Dynon...

    SV-BAT-320 charging and ACM-ECB

According to the Pilot’s User Guide page 3-11, the Skyview Display will only charge the Backup battery when the Dynon display is on and the Bus voltage is 12.25 Volt or higher. This will normally happen during flight. If ground recharging of the backup battery is desired, this can in most cases...

    Manifold pressure sensor

You should be able to connect a dial indicator in parallel to the MP signal from the sensor that is used for the Dynon system, as long as that dial indicator is compatible with the 5 Volt supply that is used for the Dynon MPS and the dial indicator displays the proper value for a given output...

    Question about compass

In my past plane case, the FSDO (MIDO) inspected my plane that didn't have an additional whiskey compass (so only a single Dynon compass that I was willing to defend as being a VFR required magnetic compass) and accepted this setup as satisfying the rules. I had heard stories (possibly 10 years...

    SV320 Back up battery

One backup battery goes with one Dynon display, there is no coupling of one backup battery to two displays, the display takes care of regulating the charge current to a backup battery. But is seems a perfectly reasonable choice to provide one display with a backup battery, you want to backup the...

    ARINC-429 menu de-acivated

I would suggest first checking the network status. And then when the ARINC is not part of the recognized units the trying to configure and finally check again the network status. (so that at least you have some idea what the status was before trying a reconfiguration)

    ELT compatibility

Or in case you have a GPS navigator like the 430 and you are running out of serial ports on the Skyview, you could connect the ELT directly to the GPS navigator serial output and set that link up to provide the data rate that the ELT accepts
