Unfortunately Dynon has changed the connectors from the original heated pitot tubes, thus replacing the connectors on both the pitot and controller is required.  And this was supposed to be a plug and play swap-out.  Dynon can't even give me a part number or supplier for the original connector...

Received my new pitot tube Friday and went to install it today.  The only problem, as was mentioned earlier, it that the 3 main connectors are different than the ones on my older pitot.  So much for plug and play. >:(

Now that Garmin has released their 5.0 software for the GNS-430/530 that is DO260B compliant can a Garmin GTX330ES transponder be used for ADS-B traffic rather than the 470? Your transponder wasn't available when I started my panel, so I ended up with a 330ES for ADSB Out.

Any guidelines on antenna location?  Distance from Xponder antenna? Thanks

I'm sure you'll get this question a million times at Oshkosh this year, but since I can't attend here goes: 1.  Garmin's GDL-88 appears to be a dual-band UAT.  Can the output be used for Skyview traffic display?  How about wx in the future?  With a $4k price tag this doesn't seem to be an option...
