One other question for thous using duel com's (the GNS-480 with a like SL-30) What are you using for a com select panel? Or what can you use?? Just Asking...... Or maybe just a switch to control PTT between the two coms..

Do you both use the built in radio on the 480? I have an SL-30 I enjoy. So if the 480 radio works well I may remove the SL-30.

Just did a flight upload to Savvy and I have one for "Duration: 18h38m" for a 30 mile trip witch I never landed at. What am I missing here?? New to Data Logs..

Same here. Just got SV back last week now it says battery can't be check because battery voltage is below 11.? So went flying for an hour an A/c voltage at 14.1. Landed taxied back shut down and battery voltage still at 11.? to low for battery check  :-/

No rudder required in a turn with a Long-EZ. Unless you're turning 60 to 90 degrees. ::)

Very few of my flights are as smooth as glass, therefore I think I'll stay with buttons only.  ;) Usually when I'm in cruse there's no need to change anything anyway, but that's just me. To have access to both maybe a plus to meany.

It was talked about awhile ago to have a "Log Flight " option something like anywhere map has. To save a flight with date and flight time would be great. Any progress on that?  :D

I picked up 4 "Top Gun" game stick/grip/controllers for about $10.00 each on Ebay. Slight mods with relays and I have a nice setup in my plane. The "top Gun" controller doesn't look as plane as the ones on the web site. If fact some of them even look like game controllers.
