Yes I agree on the Navigation database but he was referring to system software...I must have a different HDX system than you but when I go to update the Navigation every month, if I haven't turned on the other systems it will not update.

The file can't be in a sub folder, ensure you have the update for the 10 inch and not the 7 inch. Turn on all your other equipment, radios, AP, etc. There will be updates for those as well from the same file. I purchased new thumb drives for both my displays and they only ever get Dynon...

Just setup my Dynon HDX and we noticed that the audio alerts are not heard in the copilot headset. Is this normal? If not how do I fix it?
