If it used to work and is the only thing misbehaving, it's almost definitely not the EMS. I'd probably check the wiring to the sensor from end to end, looking for something intermittent.
The single widget on the EMS pages should show both axes (or all three if installed) as described. Ae both GP inputs named correctly? (IE, TRIM AILRN and TRIM ELEV?). However, the EFIS page widget (overlaid on the actual PFD) is elevator only.
Hmm, not sure on this one. Try clearing your data logs to reset what is being written.
Are those EGTs actually showing on the screen correctly (that would indicate they're configured correctly).
The non-muting inputs are not individually adjustable. As others have said, a variable potentiometer could do the trick here to attenuate the inbound signal.
We're a bit backordered on ADAHRS right now. Give our sales team a call at 425-402-0433 or an email at sales@dynonavionics.com for more personalized assistance with this.
It isn't currently possible to move the slip ball.
The slip indicator isn't adjustable. The ADAHRS mounting should be adjusted to ensure that it is aligned.
One thing to test this - disengage the AP when it's fully trimmed out and not commanding any trim (ie, it's happy). Is it in trim? Know that the auto-trim endeavors to fly the airplane in trim, but that is necessarily a range where the residual force on the servo is "low enough". So one thing...

I'm not sure what happens to the serial out while you're downloading (checking). My guess is that it either continues as it does or ceases transmitting during the export. Lack of a data stream from SkyView probably wouldn't cause it to alarm though.
Sorry about that - you caught us while our forum-minders were away at SnF and Aero. Note that compatibility is covered in both the installation guide and on the ordering guide on our website.
Either this one or this one work with the D180. The former can connect through the EDC-D10A remote magnetometer or an EMS general input pin, while the latter can only connect through an EMS general input pin.
The -470 uses a different format for traffic internally which currently makes it incompatible with Foreflight. We don't currently have a plan to address this, because it's a pretty huge change for a comparatively minor feature. We also have what we think is an attractive upgrade path to the...
Won't be in the nearer release (which more primarily supports certification changes), but will be in the next feature release. We don't have a date estimate on it yet.
