OK - try this Honeywell MLH02KPSB06A = 0 - 2000 psi. you'll find a data sheet. There are 6 output options & 1 is 1-5volt - I'm going to try 1 on a Glasair in the next 2-3 months.;)

Although you have a 0-5 volt output is the sensor you have rated for 0-2000psi ?

Did you bother to contact Dynon Support ? That’s always a good course of action.

Not sure what Dynon did in relation to the internals however I guess they have just disabled that usb cable input on new units after a particular serial number.

Bretana - you meant only the 2 physical ports in the back of the displays are used now, & not the one that was attached to the harness (new units & harnesses do not have the USB cable attached anymore) Not being critical here, just want to make this clear for people ;)

What hasn't been mentioned is the excellent after sales service & 3 year warranty that Dynon has & gives. Also the cost of repairs if/when needed are really low compared to other competitors.

Btw - the screw thread size is the same ie 6-32 & the 2 upper nut plates are still used, you only need to add 2 nut plates for the lower 2 holes in the HDX 😉 Also - everybody has supply/response issues around OSH. ps - it’s not the USB ports that are the problem, it’s the USB cables/connection...

FYI - the code is specific to the serial number of the 'display' that you advised Dynon. If the display is changed (upgrade or replacement) then, as you did, they will issue a new code for that display . ;)

As an initial item I’d check the 3 wire connector on the Fuel Flow unit.

Without GPSS which the portables like yours it will overfly the next waypoint in a flightplan & then do a turn/s onto the next rack. Are you saying it does not do that ? What NMEA settings do you have in the 496 ?
