Two Flight Plans from two different sources Dynon shows up even when not selected source.

One helpful hint... handle your 440 as a true FMS and handle the Dynon as your primary display. Since Dynon isn’t IFR certified, his works well for me.

    Brightness adjustment HDX?

So what does the sensor value represent (0-999)? Am I thinking that this is some engineering unit representing some unknown value (voltage? illumination?) In other words, what is the sensor's output in engineering unit? I think I understand that the 100/75/50/25% values are providing some form...

    Getting the HDX to Dim

I too have the same issue and leaving it in AUTO does nothing to dim them to a comfortable level. Reading the installation manual didn't help much either since the number values mean little to me without some sort of engineering unit explanation. I was able to adjust those values in a dark...

No NAV displayed on HSI/Bearing pointers

Success! Called Dynon and was immediately assisted by Don Jones. Avidyne was not properly configured. Under the VOR/GS ARINC429 setup, the format for TX must be set to VHF429. The default setting was VHF/GPS429. Changed the format and now the ARINC429 NaV2 label count began working (was frozen...

No NAV displayed on HSI/Bearing pointers

I think I have a unique situation but not sure if its wiring or configuration mismatch. I have an IFD540 married up to my HDX display through an ARINC429 converter box. The converter box was wired to the diagram recommended for Garmin 430/530. I have verified that the ARINC setups for both the...
