I also noticed this new item on the PFD. Here in SoCal the airspace is pretty busy, so I did disable it. It was in one of the Map Items menus. It would be better if it didn't take up so much screen space. I'm already splitting the EFIS 3 ways, so the PFD is narrow.

Yes, you will need to cut off the forward fuselage ribs and move them inward to accept the 10" screen. I have a single 10" screen, but left room for a second SV screen. Lots of pictures on my web site. www.overthehills.com
