Hi, looking for any advice or ideas....I have dual SkyView Touch displays at V15.3. I turn on the Master and of course, they both power on and boot up fine. When I am ready to turn on both ignitions and turn the key, display #2 always reboots as the engine starts. Is there a way to avoid this reboot? The plane in an RV-12 with Rotax 912ULS. I could just manually power down display #2 before turning the key, but I would rather it just stayed up. Thanks for any suggestions. Paul

When you energize the starter to crank the engine, it is pulling the battery voltage down below the point where that screen can operate - so it shuts down while the starter is cranking, and then reboots when the starter is disengaged and the battery voltage comes back up.

Two ways you can solve this - much larger battery and heavier wires to keep a higher voltage while cranking, OR....
Install the Dynon backup battery on that display. When the voltage sags it will operate on the backup battery until the main aircraft voltage comes back up.

That's great, I only have the backup battery on the first display. Thanks so much to all of you, I will order another battery! Paul
