Adsb errors

Received certified mail from FAA this week. Said they were monitoring every flight and the adsb data had errors and it needed to be corrected.
See attached report. Need some help on how to remedy the error. The person we talked with said they have had this Faa group up for only one year and they are behind but catching up. They analyze every flight. Had no issue with us flying the aircraft with the errors. Could not help with a remedy due to the gov shutdown. But was making a list for when things get back up and running.

Please advise.

Probably 99% of the adsb failure reports involving Dynon (and everyone else's) equipment will eventually be found to be improper setup. What equipment have you?

SIL=1 is not valid unless you are using the GPS-250 receiver, which the FAA has decided to no longer accept. If you have the 2020 GPS receiver, check your configuration and ensure the SIL is set to 3.
