Airmate data

Anybody (else) having an issue with Airmate? I renewed in February, paid and received the acknowledgement email, and it has been radio silence since. I have sent several emails, have received none, and the download app no longer works for me either.

Airmate map issue

What is the solution? My display gives a big blank area where a sectional and TAC chart meet. My home field just happens to be in that area! I do not see any options for turning off the TAC chart display. WOndering how to get rid of this annoyance!

I literally just subscribed yesterday and can't even get the data manager to connect or the USB to format. Phone number was disconnected and no response yet via email. Seems pretty crappy. I'm just getting a refund and going to Seattle Avionics

Update:

I just received an email reply from airmate. They apparently send me a receipt email with the information but its from a weird email address. Myreil Management. it was in my spam. Im still cancelling.

I haven't had any issues with them.
