Anybody (else) having an issue with Airmate? I renewed in February, paid and received the acknowledgement email, and it has been radio silence since. I have sent several emails, have received none, and the download app no longer works for me either.

Airmate map issue
What is the solution? My display gives a big blank area where a sectional and TAC chart meet. My home field just happens to be in that area! I do not see any options for turning off the TAC chart display. WOndering how to get rid of this annoyance!
I literally just subscribed yesterday and can't even get the data manager to connect or the USB to format. Phone number was disconnected and no response yet via email. Seems pretty crappy. I'm just getting a refund and going to Seattle Avionics

This is now resolved. I did not have that Myreil email address but I now do. I did hear back from Airmate yesterday after posting here and on the site. The explanation offered is that my emails (all of them including my order confirmation notice) were lost in the shuffle. So maybe some system upgrade issues at Airmate?
Anyway, I now have the phone number and a new email address for future use. As an aside, with the exception of some minor data issues, this service has been very reliable and very helpful. I use the data all the time.
