OK< it is late and I am tired, but I cannot find the answer in the manual or archives.
While sitting in the hangar, I noticed that on the top of the airspeed ribbon, it says 75 kts. My dead brain cannot figure out what is 75. I think the knots is merely the fact that I have the airspeed set to kts, but what is 75?

Like the altimeter ribbon, you can set a target altitude at the top. In this case, you have set a target indicated airspeed. The AP, if set to honor IAS will try to maintain that speed within the limits you have configured for max climb/dive.
