Phil, if you have a 912 series engine, the cylinder heads are water cooled, so they are effectively the same temperature unless for some reason a hose got blocked. The 912 iS does however report individual cylinder EGT’s via the CAN bus as well as a single water coolant temperature for the engine. The Skyview Engine page for the 912 iS already displays that information if you are using the downloaded settings file from Dynon.
In my opinion, there is no need to monitor individual CHT, but if you wanted to, I guess you could put those ring thermocouple thingies under spark plugs and wire them up to the EMS thermocouple harness connector and customise the display a bit.
