I know we have read about this almost enough times that it becomes nauseating, but I will say it again, mostly for the benefit of other avionics makers who might snoop into the forum (Yes Garmin, I mean you).

These guys are the living, breathing example of how you need to treat your customers!

Three obscure questions asked via email across large changes in time zone, Three prompt, polite and interested answers within a day, with good suggestions on how to deal with an issue, including one that isn't strictly "on the books".

If we all ran our client relations the same way, we just might get to be as good as they are at it.

Good gear, Good CRM, a winning formula!

It is refreshing to see a company, lead by a pioneer in the field who believes in a passion for excellence (Google, you will find the ref)

I am comfy flying behind their product in my little aeroplane. In fact, probably more comfy than behind the stuff in my big Airbus with all the kerfuffles that have been going on recently :eek:

Customer service has always been a strength for Dynon. Not many of us deal with Robert Hamilton, but I did a few years ago. I will tell you that even up at the top of the company there is a sincere and HONEST attitude towards their customers. Robert took me around the building, introduced me to everyone and showed me the "lab. I knew than that this was a company that cared and wanted to be the best.. if not in support alone in their products. I have had my share of "upgrades" and each time Dynon faced up or more like "volunteered" to repair or replace the hardware I was having issues with.
If there is any doubt, if you want to compare a GX product to Skyview, there are pro and cons with both but I guarantee the absolute Pro with skyview is the after sales support.

I'll second (or third or fourth) this...absolutely outstanding customer service. And the most pleasant, helpful, courteous staff I've dealt with in a long, long time. I can't say enough good things about the company or the products!
