Dynon NORDO?

I’ve been trying to get tech support on an intermittent EMS FAIL issue that I submitted a diagnostic file for and no response from Dynon going on 4 weeks. I’ve followed up with another diagnostic file a week later. I also followed up with an email directly to tech support two weeks ago. Last week I called and left a voicemail because recording said “no support techs at this time”. Today, I called every number for sales, support, accounting, etc. no answer all of them. Anybody know what’s going on?

Besides the voicemails, 4 emails over the last 4 weeks and still no response. Define “best/quickest”.

I finally used their website link to contact support via email and got an immediate response. Thank you Dynon! All my other emails were emailed from my email account directly to support@dynonavionics.com. I guess the link on the website is the answer.
