I’ve been trying to get tech support on an intermittent EMS FAIL issue that I submitted a diagnostic file for and no response from Dynon going on 4 weeks. I’ve followed up with another diagnostic file a week later. I also followed up with an email directly to tech support two weeks ago. Last week I called and left a voicemail because recording said “no support techs at this time”. Today, I called every number for sales, support, accounting, etc. no answer all of them. Anybody know what’s going on?
