I understand that the Dynon PITOT HEAT STATUS line (White wire) is grounded when the controller is turned off or not functioning properly. The PITOT HEAT STATUS line (White wire) can be connected to a pin on the EMS and a widget can be constructed to monitor this item so that when the Heated AOA/Pitot Probe is switched on and functioning properly, the PITOT HEAT STATUS line will be open (not grounded) and when it fails/turned off the pin is grounded.

I selected pin 8 to be the monitor for the Dynon Pitot Tube. Can someone please give me some advice on how to setup this widget?
