I have a GPS 2020 connected to port 4 Pos 1 and a GPS 250 connected to port 5 position 2. I upgraded to software version is 15.4.7 . Chapter 8 for GPS 2020 installation instructions show the GPS 2020 connected to port 5. Is port 5 mandatory for the GPS 2020 or can it still be configured for port 4?

Any serial port can be used. Just be sure to configure it correctly and set the ADS-B out source to the 2020 antenna.

Instructions for installing your specific setup start on page 8-6 of the SkyView System Installation Guide - Revision AE. Configuration instructions are on page 8-10. And, yes, you can connect GPS 2020 to port 4, Pos. 1, and the GPS 250 to port 5, Pos. 2.
