I wired the two antennas together per page 8-14 wiring diagrams that show all wires for each antenna going to both screens.

Today, while reading page 2-14, I noticed the following but see no mention of this in the referenced section below.

Additionally, if there are both multiple displays and multiple SV-GPS-250/2020 units in the system, power for the secondary GPS should be sourced from the GPS power wire on the second display – in other words, each SV-GPS-50/2020 should receive power from a different display.

Reference the SV-GPS-250/2020 GPS Receiver Installation and Configuration Section for more information on this
configuration.

It would be easy enough to cut the power/ground from one SV to the GPS antennas but will leave it if it is OK as is.

Sorry - missed this.

Yeah, that early guidance slightly disagrees with the later. Nice catch.

We need to look into this a little closer. There is some internal power current limiting that might be triggered if one display were to fail and the other were tasked with powering two GPSes. There are some different power draws across different GPS products SV-GPS-250 vs SV-GPS-220. Which do you have?

Excellent. I will leave as is. Each EFIS has its own fuse so losing one power source will not affect either GPS antenna.

I have one GPS-250 and one GPS-2020 (as noted in the title). Currently have only one Skyview 1000T so no danger at the moment. Planning to install the Skyview 10'' HDX if it is available before I am ready to fly in the next couple months.
