I installed manifold pressure sensor and connected it to my Dynon FlightDEK-D180 avionics (engine - Rotax 912). Sensor was ordered here (Manifold Pressure 0-60’’ Hg, 1/8’’ Hose): https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/inpages/dynonsensorsdynon.php Photo of the sensor attached to this letter.
In Dynon settings I choose type of sensor 1. It works, but I have some problems:
1. When engine is turned off, manifold pressure indication is higher then atmospheric pressure by ~1 inHg;
2. When engine works, manifold pressure indication fluctuates with the amplitude ~1 inHg.
I've checked the wires as it was recommended in this thread: https://forum.flydynon.com/threads/indicated-map-on-d120-is-low-help-tech-support.4648/
These are the results:
Black & red/white gave 5 volts with the D180 on
Green/red shorted to black gave 1.5"
Green/red shorted to white/red gave 61"
How can I fix this problems?
