my 2 CHT gauges and Oil Temp gauge start to rattle

A lack of information on your issue is the biggest problem. :

Engine? Dynon kit involved?

sorry for being silent (didnt receive a notification about your rely, BTW - how do I get notifications in this forum?) ... just flew again, and again same problem,
I am using 912ULS and dynon skyview.
the 3 gauges rattle together (most of the time). sometimes only 1 CHT gauge do this. throttle position influence as well on the "size" of the movement.

When you say "rattle", I think you mean that the values are jittering or moving quickly? On the 912, both the CHTs and Oil temperature rely on the engine's ground path, so most likely the case of the engine isn't well-grounded to the rest of the electrical system.
