Just to be clear, you'll need to remove and re-add each widget to see the reduced size.

Maybe it's just me, but I'm having a hard time noticing any difference, other than the solid pointers.

mmarien's widgets are the same but there is a big difference between the old and new styles. I'll see if I can locate a pic of each from mine.
