Thanks for access to a great source of info! Does anyone have an alternative to the Rotax oil pressure sensor 456 180 for a 912 ULS to Skyview? It’s unbelievable that Rotax can charge me $600 for a wiring harness and sensor that doesn’t fit! So I would need to pay another $500 for an oil pump housing or tap new threads in the current one that has worked well for ten years.
AC Spruce has a Garmin sensor and a back ordered Swift sensor “that should work,” that have the correct 1/8-27 NPT threads. Any experience with alternatives? (My new-to-me RANS S7 panel has only two 7” Skyviews, and may be getting one round OP gauge that I can get for $40 with new sensor!)
Thanks.

I don't have an answer for you, but would ask Brett Lawton of Advanced Powerplant. He'll be at Oshkosh so it may be too late to get him before he returns.

Thanks for the info. I don’t mind using a cheap auto gauge until I can talk to Brett about a sender that fits.
