I am mating a Skyview HDX to a UL350. The main wiring has a 68k uf capacitor across the battery terminals but the positive tie in can be anywhere along the regulator output line to the load side of the master contactor. My question is whether or not it matters to the Skyview if the capacitor tie in point along regulator output line is before or after the Dynon shunt. The capacitor’s job is to flatten out the power curve should the battery fault or go dead and allow alternator to feed the fuel pumps and ECU.
