You are running a very old version of SV software, though that may not be related. You should contact Dynon support directly for assistance.

I have tried to get in touch with them but I have not been successful, do they know of any way to make them respond faster

With the current pandemic situation, you can expect delays in responses. But as Raymo pointed out, the first thing they are likely to ask you to do is update your SV to current firmware. You are almost 7 years behind. It is extremely difficult to trouble shoot problems when you have to take in to account the huge number of defects/new features that have been addressed since 2014. Just a suggestion...

He'd have to be able to get the system to fully boot, first, unless Dynon has a way to do the update while the system is trying to boot.

Of all the dumb things I’ve said in life and there have been many, this has to be close to the top. :)

A slightly better suggestion MIGHT be unplug everything from the SV and try to get it to boot.

That is a great suggestion, @cbennet12. Remove any USB drive and even the Wifi dongle (it's stopping at network manager). If it boots, upgrade the version ASAP.

I disconnected everything, and it continues with the same failure, as I understand it, dynon has to tell us how to boot from a usb
thanks for your comments, do you know of a similar case?
