I have tried to download data logs for the most recent flight, and it hesitates when doing this taking longer than usual. When returning the thumbdrive to my computer, it indicates that the drive is corrupted and I have to do a disk file system fix. This has happened to two thumb drives now. I have just upgraded to version 16 on the Skyview. Could there be a problem with this new system. Also having problems with my transponder out that I never had before...maybe that is also due to v. 16??

Hi I have just noticed the same problem. I downloaded the data files onto the USB I have my chart files on. after looking at the data files I went to load the new chart files on the drive and it said it would take 3 hours. I discovered the drive thought it had something like 13k new files on it. Ended up having to reformat the USB as it didn’t show the files so I couldn’t delete them. I assume the file system had been corrupted.

Is anyone from Dynon following this thread? If so, please advise whether I can reload the version 15 software, or should I load 16.0.2 as a fix. Thanks

As noted many times on the forum by Dynon, if you have a support need, it is best to contact them directly. They do not monitor the forum 24/7 but try to respond when time permits.

I use V16 daily and have been for months now and have never had this issue. I need to gather some information
from those that are seeing this and would request an email from you to support@dynonavionics.com so I can investigate.
