Hi folks,
Below you will see a screenshot of a french Dynon installation, probably Rotax.
As far as Units are concerned, it seems that the consensus is that pressure/temperature/volume is done in metric with the exception of Manifold Pressure which stays in inches Hg (inHg). Is this a true assumption outside the USA??
My second question is the Airbox/Coolant gauges. Dynon leaves it open as far as their thermocouples which values they transmit via Wifi UDP.
When I read the Installation guide (Chapter 26-2, Wifi UDP transmission of EMS parameters) there is not a mention of the Airbox/Coolant, however it's probably mapped to the CHT thermocouples.
Is there a consensus which ones??? Also in the screenshot there are 2 EGT bars, is this common in the Rotax configuration?
Any input is appreciated.
Now you might wonder why am I asking this, well stay tuned -- you'll be positively surprised, something you guys have been asking for.
Cheers,
Peter
