Software Upgrade - Radio Failure

I just came from the airport after updating to latest software.  Everything was functioning prior to the upgrade.

After software upgrade for Two Slyviews, Xpnder, ADSB, ARINC, Autopilot servos, Autopilot Panel, the Dynon radio went offline.

The Error message read "Skyview Network Connection Fault - Data 1 Pair (pins 1 & 6)"

The radio functions, transmitting/receiving, but "No SV."

I checked physical connections, all good.

Any ideas?  Thanks  Tim

UPDATE:
Just came back from the airport - I changed out four different set of network cables, and the Radio now says software upgrade needed.  I loaded the new software four times as well.

Appears this is a hardware issue, and the radio will not accept the new software.   Tim

Yeah, that sounds like it might be hardware. Get in touch with our support team directly at support at dynonavionics dot com or 425-402-0433 so that we can help you more directly.

Mine did the same a while back. I did a forced network update and the radio came back but I do not recall seeing any error; just the No SV on the radio screen.

UPDATE!!

Folks,  I also noticed my ARINC module was offline.  I was highly suspect that two components could not accept a software update.

I replaced my SV network cables, and had two of them going into the Radio from two different Skyviews.  Both the ARINC and Radio finally updated to the current software update.

I will now determine what cable is bad and replace.  Cables on order!!  Tim
