Well, I have a confession. I won't go into the details of why this happened but I have installed the standard dynon static ports with the flange pro sealed to the exterior. So at this point I two questions.

1) other than it being a "total drag" is there any reason why they can't be left that way?
2) any suggestions on how I might remove them so I can install them with the flange internal?

Pro-seal is removable. You can heat it up with a heat gun to soften it up which helps. Can you get a think scraper under it and pry it off?

Thanks for the help. Let me give it a try tomorrow and see if I can get it off with some heat and a razor blade. pretty tight seam.

Thanks all for the help. Light heat from a heat gun and sliding a razor blade gently under worked perfectly. Both are off. Appreciate the help.
