Testing Harness

I have tested my fuselage harness, specifically the 8 wires from the ADAHRS to the control module and there is continuity. How do I test the female side of the connection on the control module? I bypassed that by running a test 9 pin cable directly from the ADAHRS to the extra port on the SkyView Touch screen and it works fine. It doesn't work with it plugged in as it should be. I don't see anything wrong with the pins on the fuselage harness plug. How do I test the female plug on the control module. note: I am at best a sub-novice electrician.

Try a ‘DSUB breakout connector’. Not expensive and really helpful for tracing.

I’m confused what exactly it is you are trying to test and what you have done.

What exactly is the issue you are troubleshooting?

Flysgi - Given your comment re novice you gotta know when to hold them, know when to fold them, know when to walk away - time to get someone who does know otherwise a mistake could get expensive. Just saying .
Btw, the network harness is 9 pin (wires).
