Trig TT31

Trying to connect use my Skyview as the altitude encoder for the Trig TT31. Have connected the serial to the Dynon and selected SV XPNDR-261 on the Skyview. It transmits but has group errors. Any ideas?

The Trig TT31 is not a SV-XPNDR-261. While we partner with Trig on the 261, it's very different with different communication protocols.

In order to send serial altitude data to the TT31, you need to use one of our ICARAUS ALTITUDE formats, assuming the Trig supports it. I don't think we've ever tried.

Many thanks. I changed to the Icaraus format and the FL was shown up on the Trig so it seems to be working. Will do some more checking.
