I have been having problems the past year with the WiFi not connecting to my iPad and iPhone. I have installed the latest firmware and tried shutting down my devices and nothing is helping. I also pulled the displays and checked the two Wi-Fi adapters to be certain they were completely plugged in. No other changes have been made to my airplane since is delivered in 2016.
The problem comes and goes, but it seems to be getting worse. In my phone and iPad, under the General Settings / Wi-Fi it will connect to the SkyView for a few seconds, then it disconnects. It sometimes will not show in the "Choose a Network", other times it will show and then ask for a password. Sometimes it connects and stays connected for an hour, then it drops.
I was really hoping that the last firmware update would solve the problem. It hasn't. Putting together a flight plan and then not being able to send it to my two SkyView Classic displays is very frustrating. I would love to find a fix.
