Dear all, I'm having a hard time with that company, I got my first CO guardian sensor showing from the begin a ppm count from over 900, I got that sensor replaced with a new one and hooked it up, again base level of this sensor is not close to 0 instead around 60 ppm. I did hook it up on another Dynon Skyview and it shows the same level so it is the sensor. I've tried now since 3.5 month, to get any feedback from them but never got any message back on my several emails.

Anyone out there with similar experience and what did you do (changing to another brand)?

Cheers Werner

No experience with Guardian, but I've seen a lot of good reports on Aithre sensors. The owner of the company is very responsive to customers, and posts here sometimes.

Try changing the "min_val=" in the widget configuration to a negative number, say -10, and see what that does. That won't help if you need changes in the polynomials, but it might help you to at least get it zeroed correctly.
