Practice approach for sure. I try and shoot approaches every time I can to keep current

Is there a easy way to toggle between the base map and a approach plate. Every time I exit the chart to check traffic I have to go back to map, info,charts select chart. Would be nice if last viewed chart would be available

After connecting the drive to my computer and opening chart data manager one more time, it now works. And yes it would only show airport diagram at KADS.. Don't know what was up with it but it now works. Next update cycle we will know if it is a reoccurring issue.

I the next release you mentioned IFR high and low charts. Are they Dynon provided like the curent map or do we need Seattle subscription

Trying to decide if I want to purchase the chart subscription. When using the approach plate feature, will you see the chart overlaid on the map based on map scale or is the chart the only thing visible.? What is the procedure for calling up a chart? Are low IFR charts coming in the future?

When arming the autopilot on the ground prior to takeoff. I set desired altitude and press alt hold, set heading bug and press heading button. After takeoff press AP button to activate autopilot. Climbs to altitude and levels off as advertised. The problem is that the other axis goes to roll...

That would be great. It would then work like a dumb HSI. Are the two signals from the 430 separate. ( one on 429 and the other composite)

When using the 430w GPS to navigate to the IAF of a localizer or iLS approach the 430 sequences from GPS to NAV automaticaly as you pass over the IAF. Is there some way to have the HSI do the same. Switching manually is combersom during the approach. Or am I missing something. :)

I installed a red circuit breaker pull ring on the auto pilot CB as a fail safe way to disable in case I am un able to disconnect the conventional way.

Call Dynon support and get a return authorization number. They have a hardware solution that will fix. Had to send mine back for exactly the same issue. Work great now :)

In level flight my flight director bars are well above the waterline bar. Should I try and adjust it to get them to match more closely
