you are not required to use the Dynon battery in the US. It is suggested you have a redundant battery supply however if your primary goes out. unless you have steam gauges. The backup battery is quite expensive.

When is the audio out expected to be released? Is there a way to disable the skyview from any sounds going out (popping) until the release? (mine is connected via a quickbuild harness and I don't plan to cut or modify it) Thank you!

Without holding Dynon to a date can we get a preview of what "may" be in the next release(s)? AHRS for the VP? 7" fonts improvement? WX? if so ADS-B? XM other? Navigation improvements?(Lat/Long) Anything to answer many of the other posts. It helps me for planning and what I need to consider...

I agree! I thought I just did not notice it before but the flicker is obvious for me as well. Maybe when they do the font improvement the flicker will be resolved as well.
