Agree! I have done most of the troubleshooting on the ground with nothing but 1 screen and the SL40 running and the spikes are there. I don't recall if I did it with the SL40 off, although I am pretty certain I did.

You will get a red "ERR" for each servo on the top of the screen if there is no power to the servo(s). Mine are "on" but not active until I activate them via the three ways mentioned in the Pilot guide.

My update is the same as Dennis. I continue to see the spikes but have determined to look outside versus the instruments when transmitting as I was unable to resolve the issue moving everything around.

With the ethernet connection the databases are "linked" when one is updated. I confirmed that I had the latest on both screens but I also noticed that the database update was being done to the other display pretty much right after I updated it on the other screen.
