On todays flight when I went to change from GPS to ILS navigation by pressing the CDI button on my G430W, nothing happened. Now that the D10A has an STC for several certificated aircraft, what about installing the autopilot servos under the recently announced Non-Required Safety Enhancing Equipment (NORSEE) rules? The rules specifically covers "autopilots" and would be a superb safety enhancement for these aircraft...

The FAA is providing the current status of Special Use Airspaces within the US at: https://sua.faa.gov/sua/siteFrame.app Is this data being transmitted via ADS-B and if so does SkyView display it? Inquiring minds want to know.  :D

Probably a dumb question but will the SkyView Autopilot follow a flight plan displayed from a Garmin 430W GPS or does it have to be imported? :-?

FWIW: I am running SkyView firmware version 12.X (I am aware of the v14 issues) and ran into a new situation. I was doing a practice ILS with a safety pilot and when I went to display the ILS chart (Seattle Avionics) on my screen (D-700, SN 1516) the screen froze. Nothing, PFD or MAP, worked...

How about a remote AOA display that shows the same AOA data displayed on the DYNON screen but can be installed in a more "heads up" location? 8-)

Where does SkyView get the engine %HP value? Is it based on the HP we enter in the setup, the RPM's, Manifold Pressure, is it a SAWG or some other calculation method? :-?

Is there a way to take off the ADS-B status information from the bottom of the MAP page? Make it show up as an alert only if there is an "abnormal" situation. This would help declutter the screen, especially for those of us with 7" displays. 8-)

How about offering the autopilot, baro/alt/hdg, intercom and radio external control heads in a round 3 1/8" format not just in the current rectangle format. This way there is the option of being installed in an existing panel hole without additional cutting.

After I import a flight plan into SkyView, can I replace the USB stick with a different USB that doesn't have the original flight plan and not loose the flight plan from the SkyView system? I have looked in the manual and can't find the answer to this. 8-)

Can the Skyview EMS provide a notification if one electronic mag stops providing tach output? On most dual electronic mag installation if one mag fails the other one compensates so well the engine does not run rough. I am wondering about the E-Mags in particular. 8-)
