This moved recently in SkyView HDX, to make it easier to adjust without going into setup mode. Now it's under the regular menu. Press MENU > MAP MODE > MAP SETUP, and then scroll down to INC MAP RANGE.

While you can toggle it manually in the sensor file, that's also something that can be toggled in the on-screen user interface too.

There are no plans to certified the DG/HSI features of the EFIS-D10a at this time.
