It's likely you have a persistent magnetic field somewhere near the magnetometer. You can try to track that down and eliminate it, or move the magnetometer to another location or install a remote magnetometer somewhere away from magnetic fields.

Pull the user logs and parse it for the AP disconnect command. You'll be able to see exactly when, and for how long, the command was received by the system. It won't tell you from where, but it's a start.

Odds are high that this is a wiring problem on the flow sensor, rather than a physical sensor problem. The flow sensors are pretty robust - the wiring, not so much.
