Contact them direct. There will be a string of 5 or 6 characters which will be entered in the Dynon setup menu under ‘ Licenses’.

Give me strength -it's hard enough to get some Dynon owner/users to read the manuals, much less chance of an A&P doing that- that would mean they'd have to go to the dark side 🤣🤣

There was recent discussion on this, a simple search would have found more info for you. The greatest pain, IMO, is some people ask for a resolution of their issues however don’t give feedback which could or would be of tremendous help to others.

Was having problems 'posting' - trying again. I'd suggest moving the Transponder antenna, it's too close IMO, to another location & use RG400 Coax cable if not using it already. All bets are off if using the old RG58. A ground plane of ~6" square will work. PM me if you wish. Ps -trying to...

I take it that you have checked the Txpdr & serial port settings & the pins & sockets? Did the gentle pull test for those too to confirm they are properly seated/ locked in place ? “ lost radar contact completely” is what prompted my input. ;)

Hi Vincent - I should also add I don't use the dsub backshells in that situation as they would add too much weight to the antenna cable & be too bulky as well. Your feedback will be appreciated by those who may have similar issues ;)
