I'm sorry but the 5% numbers down the side doesn't work for me. I spent a lot of time grouping, sizing and using all the graphics I could squeeze from SV to get an engine page that I can easily interpret. Check the settings "Screen Layout Setup" on page 4-24 of the Installation Manual. Some settings disable the SCREEN buttons to force the relevant display to be always ON. or OFF.

My AME did a xponder and pitot/static check no problem. Kind of defeats the purpose of the homebuilt otherwise. Check with the other homebults in your area to see where they get theirs done.

Funny. I like to have ALT without a direction. ATC gives an ALT to maintain (or remain above) while cruising around the city but doesn't care where I go. For that reason I switched to Expert mode. The engine sensor update won't affect the layout of the engine page. :) If you created your own sensor definition and modified the sfg file with a text editor you will have to add your sensor definition to the new sfg file before you upload it. If you can't remember doing that then you are good...

Kev - Same here. I get ghosts all the time. It does help find a plane once in a while but it was an experiment I wouldn't bother doing next time. I think the FAA or who ever dreamed up ADS-B has it right. Don't know when that will be in Canada though. :-/
