Re Altitude: flightaware shows pressure altitude, not gps altitude. Correct to indicated altitude with baro for your own peace of mind but still won’t match gps altitude.

I do this all the time with a lycoming io360 and 390. Lean mode is off. Do the big pull till rough, richen till smoother. Turn lean mode on. Richen to find the peak using lean mode. Lean to desired LOP.

Yes - while lop, turn lean on.

But it is easy enough to download the user log and extract the min / max tach, hobbs and lat/long values by date. Multiple flights per day are a bit trickier.
