Long story short,sent gps units to Dynon. call from Dynon support, BOTH gps pucks not functioning per test. This explains the loss of the map and synthetic vision. I appreciate their help on thi smatter

flying back from lunch, map goes crazy then blank, pfd tilts out and fails. no ems etc.
Reloaded software on th eground, but still no map.

Will I still need a transponder, either mode c or modes along with the Navworx bos to display traffic on screen? Will a mode s transponder alone display traffic? Is the real utility of the Navworx bos the availability of weather(assuming I already have a mode s transponder)?

I will try the re config tomorrow, I thought I did that but will try again. The ems download indicates that it must be done once upgrading to 2.5. I have not done that yet and my question is still,,,how do you download that file. When I click on it it simply opens.
I upgraded my skyview to 2.5.1. Upon completion of one screen, the cofiguration check indicated that the ems unit was off line. Upon upgrade of my second screen the ems unit does not appear at all. I have tried to download the ems update for version 2.5 but can only open a file, not download...

Have not found topic discussed. Will the ARINC 429 module have a 25 pin d sub connector that will mirror the current HS34? Does anyone know what the footprint of the auto pilot and the ARINC 429 modules will be?
