Skyview WiFi intermittent no communication.

Brand new install and I'm having this exact issue trying to use my Android phone, 9 out of 10 times it will not connect and when it does it loses it almost immediately, surely there must be an easy fix for this, it's 2024 and for the money it cost a simple WiFi hotspot should not be difficult?!!
Tried with and without mobile data on, no change.
