What Kurt said above: You may need to update your SkyView software to correct the GPS rollover bug.

You don't need to have an external GPS, if that's what you mean. It will work with our map, which does require a GPS signal from our own (or another connected) GPS. Which system? Which software version?

So the colors are admittedly not ideal. More important are the number of sats in use, the reported quality of the fix (2D, 3D), and if you want to get a little more technical, the hdop and vdop give you a really good idea of the actual fix.

We knew of an issue that only affected Avidyne GPSes, but that was fixed. Asking our dev team what they might think....
