That is indeed GPS altitude, but it lives on the map page, not the pfd page. If you think of the pfd as the display in front of the pilot, even when it has map up as well, then we agree :)

Check and see whether you're affected by this recent service bulletin. Other than that, compass calibration is the leading suspect in cases like these (assuming it's always been wrong, and hasn't abruptly changed).

Sounds like you have everything configured correctly. You might check whether your transponder has any updated software available for it (it's under the transponder setup menu, not the software update menu).

Software versions have no bearing on ADAHRS performance, and there isn't a way to "reset" the ADAHRS outside of doing the zero airspeed calibration.

On SkyView HDX, it's under DISPLAY > DIM OFFSET. On SkyView Classic/Touch, it's under SCREEN > DIM.
