The fuel flow computer only measures the total fuel state of the aircraft. It can not measure tanks individually, and the fuel computer's calculations are not shown as gauges. The fuel quantity gauges need to be direct measurements from the tanks (using either resistive or capacitance sensors)

The blue screen is what you'll get as valid output from the adapter when there isn't any input coming in. So that sounds like a working adapter.

Hi Alpi - That should do it. What do you see on the top half HSI page on the D180? Is there any text in magenta/pink? Also, once you're in the HSI page, bring up the HSI menu and press the NAVSRC button. Does that cycle the GPS info on and off?

You've got it. As mentioned by others, you'll repeat on other display if they're not connected via ethernet. If they are, you'll see a database synchronizing message on the displays as they transfer from the first one to the other.
