Low Fuel warning will not clear

What does your fuel indicator show? Is it possible you've got a bad fuel sender that is indicating zero? This could be a bad sender or a bad wire somewhere.

    VNAV

VNAV currently does not allow for any specific altitude crossing at a fix, unless that's being fed to it from an IFR receiver through the 429. Skyview itself only generates VNAV for the 2-degree downslope approach into an airport to the pattern altitude, and will not work on any other fix.

    Fuel sensor pins

Well I'll be dipped, you're correct. IIRC that wasn't an option when I built my aircraft.

    Fuel sensor pins

You will need to use a capacitance-to-voltage converter to output a voltage between 0-5 volts, and tie that into the standard EMS resistive inputs. Dynon used to sell a version of the convertors but I believe that's been discontinued. Another company by the name of Princeton makes a good one.

Sectionals no longer clear and bright

If weather is selected on, and you're on the ground without ADSB-IN weather data, this is very likely the cause. Once you take off and climb several hundred feet the ADSB should pick up the local weather data and the issue will clear itself. The local (regional) weather data populates first as a...

Seattle Avionics vs Garmin GPS175 published appoaches

Lots of questions there for an answer, and I don't work for Dynon, but... The Dynon system does not now, and never has, had a certified IFR navigator. We've been asking for it for many years, and occasionally I've gotten someone with Dynon to smile about it when I ask, but they have never made...

    EMS / FT60 voltage issue

First check your old cubes for power, ground, and signal wire problems - you might not have dead cubes, just a bad connection on a wire.

    EMS / FT60 voltage issue

The FT-60 does not send a "voltage" to indicate fuel flow, it sends a pulse connecting to ground for a very short period of time each time the turbine wheel inside the FT-60 spins and breaks an IR light beam internally. You can simulate this by taking the signal pin on the EMS and tap it to...

    Loss of GPS during flight

You're postulating a triple failure case here - GPS constellation is down or jammed, plus electrical failure, plus pitot/static failure. I doubt you would find ANY aircraft design that takes that into account.

New AGL map info item not working

Yes - end gallons please - much more helpful than gallons at waypoint.

    Seattle Avionics charts not syncing

The "syncing" that you are seeing is for the Dynon-provided obstacle and nav database, which is now automatically downloaded on the USB by Seattle Avionics, where you used to have to download it separately. That file, when you load it onto one of your screens, WILL auto-sync to the others if...

You're receiving a "Caution" audible alert? What for? What Dynon screens and software are you running?

Dynon 16.4 update corrupt email notification.

Interesting - I didn't get the email notification at all.

You mean like this on the HDX series? The upgrade from Classic to HDX is very easy.

    SA Update?

    Exactly my reaction as well.

oil and coolant temp reading high

Fair enough, missed that. Check the sensor type in the EMS configuration - is it set up correctly?

oil and coolant temp reading high

Your coolant circuit is under pressure and does not operate at ambient. It will boil at a higher temperature than you are calculating.

Seattle Avionics chart data… yet again

I find it odd, given my historical bad experience with SA, that I have had no problems since the recent software change. One thing I have noticed in the past however, is that the temperature of the USB was correlated with the same failure mode that swatson999 is seeing. Some sticks run hotter...
